They brought their Concept EQ electric model and a 1903 Simplex 40PS, considered synonymous with the modern automobile. “We arranged for a photoshoot with Mercedes-Benz. The property was one essential stop for our story and proved to be the perfect fit. The landscaping was beautifully done combined with great views all around. The location is strategically chosen to have great weather and sunshine even if there is fog on the coast in the morning,” commented Cathleen Decker at OSK Marketing in New York. “The host was very accommodating – he helped us coordinate our large crew, bring up a trailer with the cars, offered us refreshments and was never pressed on timing. Great place to film and organize any large or small production – would definitely recommend this house for movie or still productions in the future,” she added. CHALK RANCH, Calif: A development team from Apple recently visited the Ranch for a product planning meeting for what is sure to be another blockbuster product. The group mixed work and teambuilding with a hike to the panaromac viewspot overlooking the Pacific Ocean, as well as a visit to the elephant seal breeding grounds at Ano Nuevo. As the development leader commented: “We were very productive – I wish I had booked another day.” While their undisclosed product is in the early stages of development, they promised to return to the Ranch for their launch celebration!
