This property is unequaled. Gorgeous estate with views of the Pacific, large yard for games, sport court, huge deck. Every room is essentially a suite. And the host is fantastic, the service and set up was impeccable. Can’t recommend more highly!

This retreat venue was great for our seven person offsite. The host was very responsive and helpful with my many questions. The house is beautiful and every room has its own bathroom. This was a really nice bonus during Covid as it allowed us to social distance. We spent most of the time in the covered patio and we were able to hold all of our strategy meetings outside.

Our host was very responsive and helped us get our booking completed very quickly. The lodge was beautiful with all the amenities of a hotel (morning coffee, nice bath soaps, comfy bedding,) yet much more charming than some chain hotel. It’s a perfect spot for team offsite/ team building activities.

We hosted a corporate retreat at this absolutely stunning property, and the feedback from our executives couldn’t have been better. The lodge itself feels both luxurious and homey, the views are not to be beat, and amenities made everyone feel like they were being treated to something quite special. There was plenty of space for board-room style meetings, and the well-appointed commercial kitchen made cooking meals together a fun bonding experience. Our host was excellent–friendly, easygoing, and all around great to work with. He was a quick phone call away whenever we didn’t know where to find something we needed, and he gave
us great advice about the property and surrounding areas. We would love to come back for our next retreat- it was a rousing success.

We recently held our executive offsite at the remarkable Chalk Ranch near Half Moon Bay. The property is stunning, and our host was extremely helpful and welcoming! We have received nothing but positive feedback from our executive team who were able to meet, cook together and bond over s’mores on the deck. We highly recommend this venue for any intimate corporate retreat!

The compound is huge and very well maintained! From billiards and basketball to the driving range, there are a lot of activities that can be enjoyed on the premises. Davenport and several nature reserves are only a short drive away and worth exploring. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it especially for a corporate retreat or similar event.

This lodge was immaculate. We booked Chalk Ranch for a corporate business meeting for 10, and we couldn’t have been happier with the communication, the spaciousness, and overall level of service our hosts provided us. The lodge had everything we needed — sleeping space for all our guests, separate rooms for calls, and meeting rooms, and space for relaxing and unwinding from the day. We will book Chalk Ranch for our corporate retreats again.

I came to Chalk Ranch with my leadership team and it was a wonderful experience. The location is just far enough away to feel like a true offsite but not so far away that it was inconvenient. The lodge is beautiful, spacious and luxurious. The interior meeting rooms were very comfortable, though I highly recommend getting the whiteboard out by the Adirondack chairs with ocean views. The kitchen is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking together. Relative to staying at a hotel, this was far more memorable and gave us many more hours of productive working and bonding time. We’ll definitely be back.

Chalk Ranch is stunning. It was the perfect location for our offsite. Right setting. Open. Close enough to Hwy 1, but also secluded. Lots of rooms and places to connect. It also included everything we needed in a great way.

Every detail of this magnificent property was well-thought out, and provided the perfect place for us to indulge ourselves for a few days, pull together as a team, and plan our future. Working with our hosts was like working with friends – they made sure we had everything we needed – even things we hadn’t thought of – right down to reloading the fire pit for us each day.
